Clear Elastic Clarense™
Clear Elastic is a versatile thermoplastic urethane film that can be used as an elastic or decorative component. As an elastic, it can improve the wear and fit of your garments by being sewn into critical seams for reinforcement. Clarense™ Clear Elastic features superior strength and elasticity. It allows for greater design flexibility because it is thinner than the traditional knitted or woven elastics, yet offers the elasticity that fabric tapes lack. It has been proven as both a working and decorative component in many lingerie designs such as bra straps and women's underwear. This durable and chemical resistant film is ideal for apparel applications where environment and washing conditions vary. Clarense™ Clear Elastic can be embossed or dyed for designer effects and can be made in various thicknesses and widths up to 56 inches (142 cm).
