Bemis Associates Inc., of Shirley MA Forms Joint Venture with Lee Bou International
Bemis Associates, bonding innovation and design partner to the world’s leading technical, performance, luxury, and lifestyle brands and a leading manufacturer of thermoplastic films, tapes, and adhesives for bonding, announced a joint venture with Lee Bou International. Logotex, a subsidiary of Lee Bou International, will become a new business unit within Bemis Associates.
For more than 100 years, Bemis Associates Inc., has been perfecting optimum adherence to a variety of fabrics for many different applications across the apparel, consumer electronics, and industrial markets. Logotex is an Asia-based company that has been developing film-based bonding solutions for apparel, footwear, and consumer electronics accessories markets since 2007. Combining Logotex manufacturing capabilities in China, Taiwan, and Vietnam with Bemis Associates adhesive technology and relationships with industry leading brands and factories enhances the Bemis world class operations and manufacturing capabilities globally.
